PolyOdds provides educational and informational content about prediction markets (including Polymarket), such as market commentary, probability frameworks, trade ideas, signals, alerts, analytics, automation outputs, and community discussion. Nothing on PolyOdds is financial advice, and nothing is intended as (or should be taken as) a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, contract, or position.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker dealer, commodities trading adviser, or financial institution. PolyOdds does not provide personalised advice, does not assess suitability, and does not consider your financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.
Prediction markets are speculative and involve substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of the money you use to trade. Past performance (including examples of previous wins) does not guarantee future results. Market data, signals, and bot outputs can be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or misleading.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
PolyOdds is an independent third party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket, Discord, Stripe, or any other third party. Polymarket operates through separate legal entities, and platform regulation can vary by jurisdiction.
“PolyOdds”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the PolyOdds website and Discord community.
By accessing our website, joining our Discord server, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all documents referenced in this Legal section (including the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any posted rules).
If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, with the “Effective date” updated. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

PolyOdds offers paid subscriptions (for example monthly, quarterly, annual). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Pricing, billing frequency, and included features are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
Payments are processed by third party providers (for example Stripe). We do not store full payment card details. Your payment is also subject to the processor’s terms.
You can cancel at any time via your billing portal, the method provided at checkout or through reaching out directly. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the current paid period unless your access is terminated for breach.
Because PolyOdds provides digital content and access to member only resources immediately, refunds are generally not offered once access has started, except where required by applicable law.
If you are a UK consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights in certain distance contracts. For digital content, you typically must give express consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once delivery begins.

All signals, alerts, posts, bot outputs, and discussions are general information. They are not advice, not personalised, and not a recommendation to trade.
We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, timely, or useful for your purposes. Markets move quickly. Data can be delayed. Human analysis can be wrong. Bots can fail.
We do not guarantee any outcomes, profits, win rates, edge, or specific performance. Any examples, case studies, or “previous trades” are illustrative and may not reflect typical results.
The services depend on third party systems (Discord, website hosting, data providers, payment processors, and external exchanges). Outages, downtime, latency, API changes, or bans can occur. We are not responsible for losses arising from these issues.

All website content, branding, server structure, analytics, bots, code, indicators, documentation, text, images, and materials are owned by PolyOdds or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non transferable, revocable licence to access and use the services for your own personal purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from our materials except where permitted by law or with our written permission.
“PolyOdds” and associated logos are our trademarks (or claimed marks). Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Use of “Polymarket” refers to a third party product and does not imply affiliation.
You are responsible for content you post in the community. You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate laws or third party rights.
By posting content in PolyOdds channels, you grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, moderate, and improve the services.
We may remove content at any time for any reason, including moderation, compliance, or safety.
Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s own terms and policies. We do not control Discord’s platform.
PolyOdds does not operate an exchange and does not execute trades for you. Any trading you do is with third party platforms, governed by their rules and jurisdictional restrictions. Polymarket’s regulatory status can differ across its entities and regions.
We may link to third party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
You may stop using the services at any time and cancel any subscription.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you:
Termination may include removal from Discord and cancellation of access to paid resources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyOdds is not liable for any losses arising from your trading decisions, including losses resulting from reliance on signals, analytics, bot outputs, commentary, community posts, or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid to PolyOdds in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount required by law, if higher).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law (for example, fraud).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyOdds, its operators, staff, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
